Realistically you can do it all at the start of the month, schedule it using Meta’s in-built scheduling, and go on about your day focusing on building your business.

So I’ll ask you this, can you spare 2-3 hours a month to grow your business? If the answer is no and you’re genuinely busy, then outsource it. But if you’re not busy and you can’t afford to outsource it yet, you’ve got zero excuses.
