We stay deliberately small at the core and back it with vetted freelance specialists in every capital city. When we grow the core team, we hire from the people who have already shown us their standard.

We hire ahead of need, not to a job-board calendar. That means there is often no advertised role here, and it also means the next hire usually comes from this page rather than an ad.
When a core role opens it will be listed here first. In the meantime, the expression of interest below is real and read by the founder, not an inbox that goes nowhere. Strong reels have jumped the queue before.

Our interstate work runs on a vetted network of senior freelancers in every capital city, working under our direction, our brand standard and our insurance. If you are a director of photography, editor, colourist, motion designer, producer, CASA-licensed drone operator, sound recordist, camera assistant or BTS photographer, we want your reel on file before the next Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or Adelaide job books.

Brand films that sell millions of dollars of product, campaigns for national brands, and clients who treat video as a revenue asset rather than a chore. You will not be churning out content nobody watches.
Small crew, senior standard
Two or three people on most shoots, each trusted to own their craft. No van full of assistants, no hiding. If that sounds like pressure, it is, and it is also why the work holds up.
Planned like professionals
Shoot days run to schedules that were locked in pre-production. Call sheets arrive on time, briefs are real, and nobody stands around at 7am wondering what we are making. Crews who work with us once tend to answer the phone the second time.
Your reel is your resume
We watch the reel before we read a word. What we look for: taste, coverage discipline, and evidence you can hold a standard without someone over your shoulder. A short reel of work you are proud of beats a long one padded with everything you have ever exported.
With your reel, send one paragraph: the work you want to be doing, your city, and whether you are after core team, freelance network, or both. If there is a fit now we will call you. If the fit is right but the timing is not, you go on file, and that file is genuinely where we hire from.
Every submission gets a reply. It might take a couple of weeks in a heavy production month, but silence is not our policy.
