Our average project starts at $8,500. Ten percent of that is $850 — before you've sat in a single meeting. The rate climbs from there.
Recurring commission on retainer clients.
Most programs pay you once and move on. If the client you refer goes onto a monthly retainer with us, you earn 5% every quarter for as long as they stay active — no cap, no sunset. When they leave, payments stop the following quarter. One introduction can genuinely pay out for years.
One-off commissions paid 30 days after the client's deposit invoice is settled and contract is signed. Quarterly retainer payments go out on the 1st of each quarter. You invoice us before payment is released.

Referrals back to you
Every client we onboard who needs marketing, PR, consulting, social media, or digital strategy gets introduced to our partner network first. Not as a courtesy — it's tracked and logged, same as the commissions we pay out.
Free workshops for your client base
We come to you and run a workshop for your clients — no charge, no pitch, just useful content. Your clients learn something. You get the credit for organising it. Any leads that come out of the session are tracked; referral commissions apply.
Three ready-made emails for your list
In your first three months, we write one email per month that you can send straight to your database. We ask for your tone, write to your audience, and make sure it's actually worth reading — not just a soft pitch for Unreal Media at the bottom.
Content shoot at the start — then cross-posted to both audiences
When you come on board, we film a batch of content together in one dedicated shoot. You walk away with a library of videos for your own channels. We keep content too. Then we both post it — to our audiences and yours simultaneously — so the partnership starts generating real reach from week one, before a single referral is made.
Trusted partner profile and social feature
You get a real profile on our website — logo, description, services, direct link — plus a Business Spotlight post on our LinkedIn and Instagram. We write it, you approve it, we post it to our audience.
Guest post — we write it, you publish it
We write a 900–1,500 word article for your blog, built around a topic that's genuinely useful to your audience. Proper H2/H3 structure, real proof, named examples, and a clear authorial point of view — not a filler piece. In return, you write a feature about Unreal Media on your site (or we draft it for you to approve).

Tier progression & rewards
Each tier is locked in for two years from the date your qualifying referral hit that threshold — so there's no pressure to keep referring just to hold your rate. At Gold we gift you and feature you publicly. At Elite we produce a half-day shoot for your business, one 60–90 second video. At Champion — 20+ referrals — we fund a trip up to $5,000. Flights, accommodation, wherever you want.
One email. That's the whole job.
You make the introduction. We handle the sales conversation, the production, and the client relationship from there. Then we pay you.

Alternatively, give them our number (1300 497 742) or the website and tell them to mention your name. Attribution is tracked from first contact and holds for 6 months — so even if the client takes a while to book, you'll still be credited.
Retainer commissions go out quarterly on the 1st of each quarter, for as long as the client stays active. No minimum — a $500 commission gets paid the same as a $5,000 one. Bank transfer or PayPal, your call.
The easiest clients to refer are the ones who've been "meaning to get a video done" for six months, who are running ads with flat results, or who have something launching soon and no content plan for it.
On tiers: once you reach a tier, that rate is locked in for two years from the date of the qualifying referral — regardless of how many you send during that period. After two years, if you haven't reached the next tier, you revert to the level your current referral count supports.
Either party can end the arrangement at any time. If Unreal Media terminates, commissions on already-qualified referrals (deposit paid and contract signed before termination) are still paid out in full.
Partners who send us work get priority when we're referring clients in their space. That's not marketing language — it's just how it actually works.
You get three edited formats per video: 9:16 vertical for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 square for LinkedIn and Instagram, and 16:9 landscape for YouTube or your website. No restrictions, no expiry. Both parties own their content outright.
If a client cancels after the deposit is paid but before filming begins, commission is calculated on the deposit amount actually received. If they cancel mid-project, commission is based on whatever was invoiced up to that point.
Retainer clients: if they leave, quarterly commission payments stop from the following quarter. Everything earned before that is paid out in full.
